Robotronic Sol is committed to bridging the gap between academic theory and industrial practice. We offer structured programs for students, diploma holders, and engineering graduates.
India produces over 1.5 million engineering graduates annually — but fewer than 20% have hands-on exposure to industrial electronics manufacturing before their first job. Robotronic Sol exists to close that gap. We work directly with colleges, HODs, and TPOs to bring students onto our production floor and give them the kind of practical training that no classroom can replicate.

A 1-month introductory program focusing on ESD safety, component identification, and basic assembly line flow.

Duration: 3 MonthsProfessional Apprenticeship
A comprehensive 6-month program under NATS/NAPS guidelines. Full exposure to production management and quality assurance.
